Blue Coast Realty, a leading real estate agency specializing in residential and commercial properties in Sarnia Lambton, is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales calls to prospective clients and follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Actively engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborate with our team of real estate professionals to identify new business opportunities and support our marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- A valid real estate license is preferred but not required.
