**Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager - Mitigation to join our team in Vancouver Island. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing mitigation projects for our Large Loss division, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while upholding our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage mitigation projects from inception to completion.
- Promote & build the DKI brand; identify, investigate and pursue new opportunities in the marketplace.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Prepare detailed estimates and manage contracts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status and any changes.

**Qualifications**
- Detailed understanding of project management techniques.
- Solid understanding of Mitigation techniques and strategies.
- Relevant trades qualifications.
- Project management qualifications desirable
- Knowledge of the laws and ordinances regulating building construction in the Province of British Columbia, With CCDC Contract knowledge a bonus.
- Hold a valid BC Driver’s License with a clean abstract. Any post-employment license infractions will be reviewed as they occur.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
