**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, and as the first point of contact for customers, this position plays a crucial role in the dealership environment by greeting and welcoming customers, handling incoming telephone calls and inquiries, attending to customer needs, administrative tasks, and performing cashier duties, as required.
- welcome customers visiting the showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
- operate a multi-line telephone system and respond to customer inquiries, or transfer calls taken to the individuals concerned
- review and respond to electronic mail quickly and in a courteous and professional manner; or transfer to the individual or department concerned
- distribute mail/facsimiles and other correspondence, and coordinate all courier collections
- perform cashier duties, as required
- perform administrative tasks and functions, including word processing, data input

**About you.**
- two (2) years working experience as a receptionist, answering incoming calls
- previous automotive dealership experience is an asset
- strong ability to communicate professionally (verbal and written)
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
