Service Advisor Part-time

Our busy Langley dealership has an opening for an experienced Service Advisor. This is a part time position for a person available 2-3 days a week and available on call for sick days and vacation days coverage.

Are you semi retired, or only wanting to work a few days a week. This may be the Position for you.

- Engage customers enthusiastically, understanding their automotive service needs and providing expert recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional service experiences
- Prepare and document work orders ensuring clear communication with technicians.
- Prepare customer paperwork ensuring accuracy and clear details
- Handle customer interactions with the outmost professionalism.
- Address customer concerns with integrity, escalating issues when needed for swift resolution.
- Respond promptly to enquiries in-person and over the phone, embodying our commitment to outstanding service.
- Exceed customer service expectations, contributing to our dealership's satisfaction goals.
- Stay updated with industry knowledge through ongoing training.
- Maintain a professional demeanor that reflects our dealership's standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Service advisor experience 2 or more years
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and transportation to work are required
- Saturday availability and available to cover shifts through out the week
- Background check required
- High attention to detail with proven organizational skills
