**The Position**

The Training Content Coordinator is an essential member of our Training Team. This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong interest in creating and delivering training materials, specifically in the culinary and customer service fields. As a Training Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating, overseeing, and updating a variety of training materials to ensure that our team has the necessary knowledge and abilities to succeed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, write, and review training content, including quizzes and activities
- Create engaging and effective learning materials tailored to various levels of learners
- Maintain and update training resources like wall charts, job aids, and Standard Operating Procedures
- Participate in onboarding processes including scheduling, communication, and welcome calls
- Administer the Learning Management System Tracker, setup, and manage certifications
- Participate in hands-on facilitation in the kitchen, guiding new team members in practical skills as required
- Update and maintain content on our Learning Management System
- Support stores and Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) with training needs
- Translate training and other “People” documents as required

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, in both English and French, written and spoken a must.
- 1-3 years of experience in instructional material design and development, preferably in a corporate or culinary setting
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, and familiarity with LMS platforms
- Basic knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Experience in developing online and facilitated courses for adult learners
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with team members and cross-functional partners
