**Part-time Maintenance & Custodian**
20 hours/week (4hr/daily, 5 days a week)
Start date: As soon as possible
**Salary**: $29.73 - $31.97 per hour
- Successful cleaning experience preferably in a business setting
- Experience with maintaining and cleaning floors
- Knowledge of general repairs and maintenance of school building (interior and exterior Initiative and ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate with administration of the school
- Ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential matters
