**What You Will Do**:

- Hire, train, and supervise all restaurant staff
- Provide ongoing training for all new and existing staff, as determined in the evaluation process
- Conduct performance evaluations of the department staff
- Respond to guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Coordinate daily tasks and schedules of the department staff
- Ensure all new employees are properly trained
- Keep work area stocked, organized, and clean at all times
- Ensure work areas and equipment are kept functional and orderly at all times, reporting any deficiencies as necessary

- Maintains a positive and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong leadership skills
- Flexible with hours
- Has exceptional communication and customer services skills

- Has Food and Beverage Server Certification
- Applies safe work practices

**Please Be Aware**:

- Shift and weekend work is required
- This job can require standing for long periods of time
- Some physical labour and heavy lifting is required
