**What you will do**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the strategy and implementation of automation flows according to our buyer segments in Klaviyo;
- Manage lists and segmentation;
- Create strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones;
- Analyze and optimize automation flows on an ongoing basis;
- Collaborate on customer segmentation strategy and the enhancement of customer records in our Klaviyo CDP;
- Collaborate with internal and external support to develop material for automation flows;

**To be successful in this position you will need**:

- Minimum of College degree in Marketing, business administration or equivalent
- Extensive experience using marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo etc.)
- Bilingualism essential (French and English) to support our operations outside of Quebec
