The Drone Cleaning Company is looking for a **Ground Operator/ Pressure Washing Specialist**to join our field team. We provide drone-powered exterior cleaning services for mid-rise commercial properties and are rapidly changing how buildings are maintained — sustainably, safely, and efficiently.

**Job Summary**:
As a Ground Operations - General Helper, you’ll assist our drone pilots and cleaning team with everything needed to ensure smooth, safe, and effective operations on site. From maintaining visual contact with the drone to handling ground-based cleaning tasks and safety setup, you’ll be an essential part of the field crew.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain visual line-of-sight on the drone during operations
- Monitor surrounding airspace and report any hazards to the pilot
- Set up and break down safety perimeters using pylons, caution tape, or barriers
- Assist with traffic and pedestrian management where required to maintain a safe work zone
- Use soft washing and pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces and ground-level windows
- Clean building façades and window frames from the ground using water-fed poles and extension tools
- Remove surface debris, stains, and buildup from entryways, sidewalks, and building bases
- Transport and prepare hoses, fittings, tanks, and other ground-based cleaning gear
- Ensure proper water flow and pressure levels for all cleaning equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, minimizing trip hazards and equipment clutter
- Record flight times, observations, and any site-specific notes to help optimize future visits
- Adhere to safety protocols and support compliance with Transport Canada drone regulations
- Perform general labor and support duties as requested by the operations team

**Qualifications**:

- Resilient and adaptable. You thrive in outdoor environments and can maintain focus for extended periods of time.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various locations
- Experience in pressure washing, including knowledge of chemicals, equipment, and techniques
- Familiarity with drone safety or Transport Canada UAV regulations is a bonus
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
