Responsibilities:

- Assist with the procurement process, including sourcing and purchasing materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Research potential vendors and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies to optimize cost and efficiency.
- Support the maintenance of vendor relationships and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a purchasing assistant or in a similar role minimum 1 year experience
- Strong knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve problems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
