**We are looking for an INVENTORY CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR (AM SHIFT) to join our team at our Toronto, Ontario Distribution Center to fill the following FULL-TIME position.**

**Shift Details**:

- **8:00AM - 4:30PM**:

- **Monday to Friday**

**What are we looking for?**

**Education**:

- High School

**Experience**:

- Solid ability to perform administrative functions in a Warehouse environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Comfortable lifting products up to 50lbs each
- RF experience is required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a comparable Inventory Control or Cycle Counting role
- Minimum of 2 years certified experience on Reach (desirable)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a comparable Administrative, Clerk or Coordinator role
- Experience with Ecommerce and FedEx or related couriers is considered an asset

**What you will be doing**:

- Punctual attendance and arrival on shift as schedule ready to work
- Attend crew meetings and communication sessions as required
- Adhere to all external and internal policies and procures as required
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Quality Control checks and Audits
- Process Returns and Damages
- Perform inventory adjustments as authorized to correct inventory
- Control expiry date items to ensure quality and saleability
- Participate in Annual Physical Counts when applicable
- Maintain On-Time and Accuracy KPI’s as required
- Perform other duties as required
