**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the inventory levels of supplies and materials across multiple warehouses.
- **Stock Control**: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- **Order Management**: Process incoming stock orders and ensure accurate and timely restocking of items.
- **Multi-Warehouse Coordination**: Coordinate inventory activities between various warehouse locations to ensure smooth operations.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately record inventory data, update stock records, and manage inventory databases.
- **Inventory Audits**: Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
- **Reporting**: Generate and analyze inventory reports, identifying trends and discrepancies.
- **Process Improvement**: Implement and suggest improvements to inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- **Vendor Relations**: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to manage purchase orders and track deliveries.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations team to ensure inventory needs are met and assist in resolving any inventory-related issues.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably within a multi-warehouse environment.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in inventory management or supply chain is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
