**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the landscaping crew to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, mowing, and fertilizing.
- Lead the installation of new landscapes, including gardens, hardscapes, and irrigation systems.
- Train team members on proper techniques for landscape maintenance and equipment use.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is required.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with various landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment is essential.
- Experience in building gardens and installing irrigation systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
