- Sorting daily paperwork for other departments
- Data entry
- Coding invoices
- Helping with other paperwork as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as dispatcher coordinator or similar position
- Keen eye for detail extremely important
- Knowledge and experience with computer programs, Excel, MS Word
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a fulltime position with some overtime as required.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
