As a core member of our Business Process Optimization (BPO) team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the Project Manager is part of a global team who is responsible for delivering company-wide strategic initiatives. This role will entail working with management and lines of business and you will be responsible for project management across several projects.
**Your** Role**:
- You will work closely with teams within the BPO group and the business teams to manage successful delivery of project deliverables within the constraints of schedule, scope and budget.
- In-depth understanding and experience managing projects following a formal project management frameworks such as Waterfall
- Work within project planning constraints, escalating any identified project risks and issues to management accordingly
- Work with other business leads and multiple teams across Citco and be involved in the oversight and/or execution of assigned projects
- Monitor and communicate project progress against defined milestones on current efficiency projects and technology initiatives
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively to all stakeholders from senior project stakeholders to project team members:
- Document regular meetings with the project team members to communicate progress on tasks
- Facilitate regular status updates to key stakeholders, including senior management to provide visibility of status, risks and issues
- Utilize your strong coaching and mentorship skills in order to build a collaborative, productive and engaged team environment
- Track and report on adoption of completed solutions
**About You**:
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business-related field and a formal Project Management qualification (e.g., IPMA, PMP).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a financial services environment and can demonstrate utilizing project management tools such as RAID logs, milestones and schedules
- Demonstrated strong proficiency in interpersonal/communication skills including oral and written English
- Effective at planning and organizing in order to set priorities and coordinate projects to meet deadlines within a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Products especially Excel and PowerPoint
