**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Drive Strategic Governance: Lead and optimize governance frameworks, ensuring streamlined communication and decision-making across the organization.
- Implement Transformation Initiatives: Oversee the Bombardier’s Operational Excellence System, working with senior leaders to enhance efficiency, productivity, and innovation.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across departments to bridge gaps, enhance transparency, and drive organizational priorities forward.
- Develop Executive-Level Insights: Build high-impact presentations, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making at the executive level.
- Optimize Performance Metrics: Standardize KPIs, balance scorecards, and dashboards to enhance data-driven decision-making and business outcomes.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor: Serve as a liaison between the VP and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement across teams.

**How do you thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge and experience**:

- 8+ years of experience in governance management, business transformation, strategy, or operations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, streamline processes, and drive organizational efficiency.
- Strong executive presence with experience advising senior leaders and delivering high-impact presentations.
- Analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Fluency in English and French to effectively communicate across a global organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- Expertise in MS Office (O365), with proficiency in dashboards and performance tracking tools.
- A proactive, results-driven approach, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
