As a Carpenter, you will be an essential part of our team, working on a variety of projects. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys problem-solving on-site, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will work alongside lead carpenters and project managers to bring high-quality renovations to life while maintaining professionalism and efficiency on the job site.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform rough and finish carpentry on residential remodeling projects
- Assist with framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and other construction tasks
- Work closely with lead carpenters and project managers to complete jobs efficiently
- Follow detailed blueprints, plans, and job specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors
- Troubleshoot and solve job-site challenges proactively
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of two years of carpentry experience (residential remodeling preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job plans
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
