Toronto, Canada OTT Pay Inc Full time

OTT Pay Inc. is seeking an experienced Communications and Public Relations Director to manage the image and public perception of our brand.

**Duties**:

- Plan, organize and lead the Communications and Public Relations Department;
- Develop and implement communications strategies and information programs;
- Prepare and manage all communication materials;
- Coordinate and supervise the preparation of digital, video, audio and print contents;
- Manage media relations;
- Develop and execute crisis management plan when needed;
- Develop and maintain positive relationships between the company and the public, including our customers, stakeholders, investors, and employees;
- Coordinate with Marketing team to create and implement public relations strategies to promote our brand;
- Hire and train key personnel of the department.

**Qualifications required**:

- Fifteen or more years of experience in communications, media and public relations;
- Bachelor’s Degree in English or communications;
- Excellent leadership and team management skills;
- Ability to handle all situations with diplomacy;
- Ability to analyze and solve problems and handle multiple duties under pressure with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,100.00 per year
