**General Duties**:
Work closely with the Program Manager and Program Team to plan and execute programs to deliver on time and on budget for our customers.
**Essential Job Functions**:
- Planning, scheduling, and managing tasks including resource loading and work breakdown structure for existing projects.
- Setup and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Track and report technical, schedule, and financial project performance.
- Ensuring success of projects through the timely coordination of planning and purchasing areas of the program.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting status of projects and progress against major milestones and assist with preventative/corrective action to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate and attend project review meetings.
- Liaises with team members to ensure clear understanding of project scope, requirements, and budget.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Managing and maintaining project management archived data and reports.
- Preparing dashboards and summaries of project data, metrics, and status to support stakeholder communication.
- Assist the Program Manager with preparing budgets, forecasts, managing scope, risk, and contract changes.
- Effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional development teams to ensure project success.
- Other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.

**Education**:
Bachelor of mechanical / aerospace, Degree in Business or related project management experience (preferred)

- Position requires mínimal travel to operations in US and Canada.
