**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Head of Marcom and the Marcom Manager to develop and implement multifaceted social media and content strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Generate and oversee the production of engaging, SEO-optimized content across various platforms including blogs, websites, and social media channels.
- Shape and sustain the brand's voice, presence, communication and content, catering to diverse audiences.
- Drive social campaigns, ensuring maximum engagement and optimal ROI through detailed analysis and reporting.
- Engage with our community by creating immersive and interactive content that fosters a positive and inclusive brand image.
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor content and social media performance, drawing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and trends, leveraging new insights to keep our brand competitive in the digital space.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of social media strategies within broader marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, coordinating with various departments to ensure cohesive and timely campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation within the B2B sector.
- Certifications in social media management, advertising, or related fields.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
