**Title: Machine Operator -**Roll-Forming Set-Up Operator

**Job Summary**

We are a manufacturing supplier to the window and door industry seeking a dynamic individual to join our production team in the roll forming department

**Summary of essential job functions**:

- Set up forming rolls on a 1 ½” shaft Roll
- Forming Mill, with typical 16 passes.
- Operate and maintain Roll-forming machines.
- Perform tooling change over to set up the machine to produce different profiles/shapes.
- Perform quality checks on product being manufactured.
- Meet objectives and KPI’s by ensuring efficient and safe operation.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in setting up Roll-Forming machines.
- Flexible on shift times and overtime as required.
- Must be able to read a measuring tape.
- Must be able to read a digital caliper.
- Able to move heavy materials manually or using a hoist.
- Forklift experience is an asset but not immediately required.
- Mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
- Attention to detail
