**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented **QA Associate** whose primary responsibility will be the issuance and reconciliation of Batch Production Records (BPRs) in compliance with GMP and company SOPs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring documentation integrity and production readiness in a regulated manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and issue Master Batch Records (MBRs) and Batch Production Records (BPRs) to Production in accordance with approved templates and schedules.
- Ensure all components, packaging materials, and documents are reconciled and accounted for before issuance.
- Verify that issued BPRs are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Warehousing, and Manufacturing to ensure timely issuance of batch records.
- Maintain controlled copies of all issued documents and ensure proper archiving of unused or voided records.
- Track issuance logs and maintain records for traceability and audits.
- Support batch record revisions and assist in implementing changes through the change control process.
- Assist in training staff on documentation practices related to batch records.
- Participate in internal audits and support external inspections as required.

**Skills**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a QA role within a GMP-regulated environment (nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or food manufacturing preferred).
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and document control principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
