**Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Maintain excellent customer service
- Use safe work practices to ensure safety of all staff and customers
- Complete required paperwork according to company policies, procedures, and protocols
- Ensure yard areas and equipment are organized and clean, including washing trailers (yard maintenance /groundskeeping)
- Assist in shipping bay, getting orders ready for transport
- Will be required to lift and/or move heavy items
- Help in parts department, picking orders and stocking inventory
- Local pick-ups using company truck
- Operate a small forklift
- Obey Traffic Safety Act regulations and be aware of surrounding and potential hazards while operating company vehicles/equipment
- Similar duties as required

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Recognize the importance of establishing relationships with coworkers and customers to ensure that we provide a great customer experience
- Possess operating knowledge of equipment, enclosed trailers and flat decks
- Ability to safely lift, push, pull or carry heavy products, occasionally over 50 lbs.
- Clean drivers abstract and clean criminal record
- A positive “can do” attitude and work well with others
- Have a great work ethic and eager to learn new things
- Good communication skills and willingness to help out other team members
- Forklift Certification (an asset) if you do not have one, will train or pay for certification
