- About the Role:
As a CBRE Procurement Principal, you will provide expert-level strategy and direction to the team that designs,
- evaluates, and provide reports on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management, and
- performance of suppliers and vendors.
- This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.

What You’ll Do:

- Develop, plan, and put in place complex contracting and procurement strategies and roadmap based on business goals. Present results of reports to Sr management, along with their relative impacts on the business.
- Manage high-value RFP processes, solution selection, and negotiations. Oversee the supplier and contractor certification process.
- Prepare and maintain contracts with national service providers under company standards.
- Partner with Finance to outline potential value, risk, and ROI for proposed initiatives and track as needed.
- Assist with the development of policies and procedures, playbooks, and other organizational materials on sourcing.
- Serve as an urgent and high-level point of contact for the business and its leaders.

What You’ll Need:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of
- experience and education will be considered. C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility, preferred.
- The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
- Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the
- business.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
