**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Previous experience in Concrete restoration, Water proofing (waterproofing) and expansion joints is an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of concrete restoration and building envelop experience and minimum of 2 years of direct project management experience and a solid working knowledge of the specific work that is being constructed.
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Maintain project safety standards in accordance with SMID Construction Ltd and with OH&S Standards.
- Interpersonal competencies that include a drive for results, the need for closure, effective oral communication skills, organization, planning, trust, respect, and being dependable and cooperation.
- Responsible for sourcing, ordering and coordinating the delivery of some job related materials and supplies.
- Responsible for communication and coordination between site staff, sub contractors, engineers, consultants, owners/clients and their representatives.
- Maintain regular communication of job progress updates and estimation review to senior management staff.
- Must have current and valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be friendly, outgoing and personable towards engineers, consultants and clients/owners and their representatives.
- Must be hardworking, problem solver, Positive and upbeat attitude
