**Overview**

**Duties**
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Assist in the design and implementation of process improvements within the Smart Dispute framework.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users on Smart Dispute functionalities.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management regarding timelines and deliverables.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Pega BPM (Business Process Management) tools, specifically related to Smart Dispute functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Familiarity with financial services or banking industry processes is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Pega BA: 6 years (preferred)
- Business analyst: 8 years (preferred)
- Smart dispute banking : 3 years (preferred)
