Reporting to the Supervisor of International Operations and Service Acquisition, Travel Coordinator participates in the overall success of the 24/7 Operations Control Centre based in Montreal Canada.

**What your day will look like as a **_Travel Coordinator:_**
- Support the Pilot in Command (PIC) in their responsibilities as this related to travel service related logistics.
- Acquire all logistics (catering, ground transportation, handling, overflight permits, commercial traffic rights, etc.) for flights operated or supported by Execaire or Image Air Charter.
- Ensure all services are acquired at the best possible value.
- Obtain fuel quotes and secure fuel services with our suppliers.
- Ensure interface with customers, flight crew and operations personnel.
- Execute any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor of International Operations and Service Acquisition.

**_Qualifications_**:

- Bilingual (Spoken and written).
- Proven computer skills including Microsoft Office and Flight Planning Software (an asset).
- 1-3 years’ related experience; aviation experience preferred.
- Experience in procurement is an asset.
- Dynamic and energetic with strong motivation and communication skills. Ability to think/work independently, creatively and strategically.
- **Ability to work under pressure. **Available to work days, evenings, nights and weekends; based on a schedule of 9 - 12.5 hour shifts.**
