**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Perform and monitor dispatch duties; extensive time spent on the phone, scheduling employees, taking short-notice service requests, responding to questions, and initiating appropriate responses to requests.
- Support our clients by answering any questions with respect to their concerns.
- Monitor digital TrackTik reports.
- Monitoring safety check-ins for all staff
- Complete any other assignments as required.
- CCTV monitoring
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to multitask are required for this position.
- Working independently in a demanding environment while maintaining a calm disposition
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute various reports both internally and externally
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic file systems and operational equipment inventories
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Working independently in a demanding environment while maintaining a calm disposition
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work different shifts including days, afternoons and overnights when needed.
- Must have a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferable experience with Tracktik or similar systems).
- Drivers License
- Security Knowledge preferred
- Must have dispatch and or scheduling experience.
- Must be able to multitask with a variety of competing deadlines and respond appropriately under pressure with a calm and steady demeanor.
- Must have well developed typing and office procedure skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Follow-up with and act as a liaison with various individuals, both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization with the highest level of customer service
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all company information, procedures, and investigations
