**What We're Looking For**:
**Apprentices**:
Enrollment or eligibility to enroll in an auto body repair program.
Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
**Licensed Technicians**:
Red Seal Certification or equivalent.
Proven experience in auto body repair and refinishing.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record is required.
**What you'll do**:
Perform collision repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and refinishing.
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet repair timelines.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
