We are actively looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our Marketing Department. The Marketing Communications Coordinator will work closely with our marketing team under the supervision of the Campus Director and create mutually beneficial relationships with businesses while maintaining a strong marketing presence.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design, develop, and implement online and conventional brand management strategies to foster exposure of ERP College among existing and potential students and the community.
- Develop an event management calendar and arrange online and in-person events around the year following the calendar to optimize ERP’s presence in the community, among students, and stakeholders across Canada.
- Establish communication with different communities and volunteer organizations, participate in their events and parties, and provide them with a sense that ERP is a trusted partner.
- Manage the communication and public relations campaigns through social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other appropriate media.
- Organize digital medial calendar and organize regular photo and video shoot activities to support digital media campaigns and marketing activities.
- Organize and manage live broadcasts and host industry experts to enhance community engagement and students’ professional development and facilitate community marketing activities.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to organize focus group discussions and develop new and innovative strategies to support social media campaigns.
- Conduct research and gather information to develop new ideas for conventional marketing and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to facilitate different activities, including creating regular newsletters, articles, and digital marketing content.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1-2 years of marketing experience within a business and/or post-secondary education setting.
- Highly motivated and objective-oriented with a high-level attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize work, and coordinate tasks to meet results in a competitive environment.
- Must have strong oral and verbal communication skills, excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, and strong computer skills and updated with digital platforms.
