**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with BC childcare licensing regulations
- Lead and support a team of early childhood educators
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum
- Manage budgets, enrollment, and administrative records
- Build strong relationships with families and staff
- Promote a nurturing, inclusive, and faith-informed learning environment
- Support staff training and development

**Qualifications**
- Valid ECE certification and BC License to Practice
- Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Legally allowed to work in Canada
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of BC childcare regulations and best practices
- Alignment with the mission and values of Cedar Grove Church
