As a valued staff member at **REACH Child and Youth Development Society’s** _**new **_**Respite Home**, you will play a vital role in caring for unique and challenging children and youth in a 2 bed respite home setting. The staffing model for this home is _**3 staff to 2 children/youth**_. Your role will include providing day-to-day direct support, up to and including personal care, to individuals with developmental disabilities, and implementing various strategies and interventions, as identified in the care plans, to assist the growth, development and success of each individual served. You will participate as a member of the care team, facilitate activities and recreational outings for the individual, regularly write reports and submit documentation on the individual’s plan, and respond to and support the person safely through behavioral needs and challenges.

**Position**:
The new Reach Respite Home is seeking to add to their **dedicated** team, to the **support and care of individuals with developmental disabilities**. Successful applicants will have experience and/or training in working with neuro-diverse individuals and/or those with other developmental challenges. Competitive wages range between $24.43/hr and $26.10/hr and reflect the level of qualifications required. All Reach employees in a permanent position of 20+ hours per week are eligible (after passing probation) for extended health benefits, as well as paid vacation and sick time.
