**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies.
- Review daily transactions - mutual funds
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the organization remains compliant.
- Collaborate with various departments to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mutual fund representatives in Quebec

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a compliance role / mutual fund role or related field is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay: $55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
