**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. The Compliance Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring that our organization adheres to legal standards and internal policies. This position involves monitoring compliance with regulations, conducting audits, and implementing effective compliance programs to mitigate risks and enhance operational integrity.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and ensure adherence to established protocols.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on compliance-related issues and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- Prepare detailed reports on compliance activities, findings, and recommendations for management review.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization’s operations.
- Provide training and support to employees on compliance matters, ensuring they understand their responsibilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies during inspections or inquiries.

- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information and identify potential risks.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying compliance requirements clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing compliance challenges.

Pay: $49,096.08-$99,137.49 per year
