**Title**: Clinical Quality Improvement Lead
**Salary**: $107,671 - $134,889 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Term - May 30, 2026
**Hours**: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am - 3pm)
**Location**: Sinclair Office, Downtown Vancouver - Hybrid (50% in office) & Remote work available.
**Bargaining Unit**: PIPSC BCFNHA Group (Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada)
**About the role**
As Clinical Quality Improvement Lead, you will - support the development and implementation of FNHA framework, methodology and processes, including communication tools, to monitor, develop responses to and report on quality, care and safety issues using a two-eyed seeing perspective. You will facilitate nursing service efforts by supporting direct care nurses and their respective leaders (in-person or virtually) to ensure that quality improvement and client experience activities are aligned with strategic priorities, are evidenced-based, comply with regulatory and accreditation standards, and uplift Indigenous ways of knowing/being/doing.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from a recognized university or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- One (1) year plus experience in rural/remote practice is preferred
- Project Management training preferred
- Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Formal quality improvement, change management, and/or innovation training/education and certification (Quality Academy, IHI Improvement Advisor Certificate, ASQ Green or Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma) is preferred
- Significant, recent and relevant experience in a senior leadership role in primary care and/or Indigenous health and wellness programming and service delivery (usually acquired over a period of 6-8 years minimum)
- Experience in overseeing day-today operations, as well as leadership in planning, implementation and evaluation of health and wellness services and programs
