**About Our Client**

Our Client is a Hamilton, ON-based company in the business of manufacturing water filtration membranes. We are currently looking to train a Machine Operator to be a Glue Cell Operator.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Operate equipment safely and at target production rates
- Follow SOP Operating Procedures
- Monitor Status of Inventory and maintain a clean work environment
- Perform product quality checks at the workstation
- Complete documentation of quality and production data
- Participate in and sustain 5S initiatives

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Strong mechanical skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of quality specifications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision in a team environment

**Experience and Educational Background**
- High School Diploma
- Background working with mechanical equipment in a hands-on role
- Experience in Machine Operator position as an asset
- Experience working with ABB robots as an asset

**Work schedule**: 12 hour rotating continental shifts from 7am-7pm then 7pm-7am

Rotation would be

Work Monday Tuesday

Off Wednesday Thursday

Work Friday, Saturday Sunday

Off Monday Tuesday

Off Friday Saturday Sunday

**Job Types**: Full-time
