We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Business Partner - Manager who can drive targeted marketing initiatives while bringing strong leadership to a developing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building team cohesion, setting clear priorities, and mentoring team members toward shared goals.

The Marketing Business Partner - Manager will be responsible for organizing quarterly product launch events and define strategies for segment-based campaign, events and sales enablement marketing tools. With a team of three direct reports, this individual will play a key role in fostering collaboration, clarity, and accountability. The role reports to the head of Marketing and requires strong cross-functional communication and project management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Quarterly Product Launch Events: Plan and organize quarterly product launch events across key segments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timelines and deliverables are met.
- Segment Marketing Strategy: Analyze segment performance and adjust strategies based on data and business needs and oversee execution.
- Sales enablement portal: Define and lead implementation of the optimal marketing/sales portal.
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: As part of marketing team, Partner closely with Product Management to support product marketing activities. Collaborate with sales team to ensure segment-specific needs are addressed in all campaigns and sales tools.

**Requirements**:

- 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven success in segment marketing or campaign management.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with electrical manufacturing and distributor channels is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
- This role requires minimum 2 days presence at the ABB Iberville office.
