Overview:

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide menu recommendations and offer assistance when needed
- Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in guest services, cashiering, or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and restaurant operations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
