**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive **part-time bilingual** Site Manager to oversee evening operations at our new workspace dedicated to public servants. The Site Manager ensures smooth communication, operational efficiency, and problem-solving within the workspace. This role is key in maintaining a safe, secure, and productive environment for all employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Reception**: Serve as the first point of contact at reception, welcoming clients and managing inquiries.
- **Daily Liaison**: Serve as the primary contact for the Federal Manager to facilitate daily operations and ensure seamless communication.
- **Issue Troubleshooting**: Address and resolve all non-IT workplace issues reported by
- employees.
- **Access Management**: Control access to workspaces, lockers, and restricted areas, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- **Visitor Log Maintenance**: Keep an accurate log of all visitors.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide support to ensure that employee productivity is not impacted.
- **First Aid**: Act as the first aid attendant, providing care and maintaining records in line with Canadian Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- **Health & Safety**: Proactively manage workplace health and safety risks, ensuring procedures are up to date.

Minimum requirements:

- Valid first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior experience as a coordinator, administrator, or roles in the service industry is ideal.
- Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) **Gestionnaire de site bilingue à temps partiel** dévoué(e) et proactif(ve) pour superviser les opérations dans notre nouvel espace de travail dédié aux fonctionnaires. Le ou la gestionnaire de site assure une communication fluide, une efficacité opérationnelle et une résolution rapide des problèmes. Ce rôle est essentiel pour maintenir un environnement sûr, sécuritaire et productif pour tous les employés.

**Responsabilités**:

- **Accueil**: Être le premier point de contact à la réception, accueillir les clients et gérer les demandes d’information.
- **Coordination quotidienne**: Agir comme principal point de contact pour le gestionnaire fédéral afin de faciliter les opérations quotidiennes et assurer une communication fluide.
- **Résolution de problèmes**: Gérer et résoudre tous les problèmes liés à l’environnement de travail (hors TI) signalés par les employés.
- **Gestion des accès**: Contrôler l’accès aux espaces de travail, aux casiers et aux zones restreintes, en s’assurant que seules les personnes autorisées y entrent.
- **Suivi des visiteurs**: Tenir un registre précis de tous les visiteurs.
- **Soutien administratif**: Offrir un soutien afin que la productivité des employés ne soit pas affectée.
- **Premiers soins**: Agir comme secouriste, fournir les soins nécessaires et tenir les registres conformément aux règlements canadiens en matière de santé et sécurité au travail.
- **Santé et sécurité**: Gérer de manière proactive les risques liés à la santé et à la sécurité au travail, en veillant à ce que les procédures soient à jour.

**Si vous êtes axé(e) sur le service à la clientèle, possédez de solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et êtes bilingue, nous aimerions vous rencontrer.**Ce poste est **majoritairement axé sur les fins de semaine**, avec des **quarts flottants possibles durant la semaine** en fonction des besoins opérationnels.

**Exigences mínimales**:

- Certificat valide en premiers soins et RCR (ou volonté de l’obtenir)
- Expérience antérieure comme coordonnateur(trice), administrateur(trice) ou dans le secteur des services (atout).
- Souci du détail et normes élevées en matière de propreté.
