**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive **part-time bilingual** Site Manager to oversee operations at our upcoming **LAUFT workspace serving public servants**. The Site Manager ensures smooth communication, operational efficiency, and problem-solving within the workspace. This role is key in maintaining a safe, secure, and productive environment for all employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**General Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Liaison**: Serve as the primary contact for the Federal Manager to facilitate daily operations and ensure seamless communication.
- **Issue Troubleshooting**: Address and resolve all non-IT workplace issues reported by employees.
- **Access Management**: Control access to workspaces, lockers, and restricted areas, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- **Visitor Log Maintenance**: Keep an accurate log of all visitors.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide support to ensure that employee productivity is not impacted.
- **First Aid**: Act as the first aid attendant, providing care and maintaining records in line with Canadian Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- **Emergency Procedures**: Implement and manage emergency procedures and act as a warden when required.
- **Health & Safety**: Proactively manage workplace health and safety risks, ensuring procedures are up to date.
- **Delivery & Shipment Handling**: Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments during core hours.

**Primary Duties**:

- **Reception**: Serve as the first point of contact at reception, welcoming clients and managing inquiries.
- **Workspace Maintenance**: Keep the workspace tidy and organized at all times.
- **Customer Issues**: Handle any client issues in an effective and calm manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Specific Deliverables**:

- **First Aid Kit Management**: Maintain first aid kits and provide proof of training.
- **Emergency Evacuation Plan**: Develop and maintain an emergency evacuation plan.
- **Service Calls & Incident Management**: Respond to service calls promptly and maintain updated building and contact information.
- **Orientation Sessions**: Conduct tours and information sessions for new employees and report to the Technical Authority.
- **Security/Access Control**: Oversee secure access and manage workspace access logs and video surveillance.
- **Maintenance Management**: Ensure timely repair and maintenance of the facility with advance notice.

**Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain and submit logs for first aid assistance and certification.
- Analyze service call trends, implement action plans, and provide reports.
- Compile data on workspace utilization and submit monthly performance reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual (French and English) required.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven experience in facility management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to handle emergencies and manage incidents.
- Proficiency in maintaining logs and reports.

**Compensation**:

- Hourly wage**:$25/hr**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
