**Position**: Packaging Team Leader
**Schedule**: Full-time, 6:00am-2:30pm
**Location**: Fraserwood
As the Team Leader in the Packaging team, you will be responsible for providing front-line leadership to a small team of Packaging Associates working hard to deliver the delicious and high-quality products our consumers have come to expect from Fine Choice Foods. This role is ideally suited to a highly reliable and self-motivated person who has the ability to lead by example and encourage the team to achieve or exceed production goals while always adhering to all safe work procedures and food safety protocols.

**Summ Responsibilities**:
- Leading a small team, delegating tasks, training new employees, and motivating members to achieve production goals
- Ensuring product quality meets Company standards by following all QA protocols
- Leading by example and ensuring employees, are following all safe work procedures
- Coordinating with other Team Leads/Supervisors and providing regular status updates
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment
- Completing and reviewing all production paperwork
- Lead and execute line setups and product change overs
**Summ Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and physically capable of work in an environment where repetitive movements and standing is required for prolonged periods
- Mechanically inclined with a curiosity to learn
- Desire to take responsibility and grow in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Experience with WHMIS is an asset
**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
