**Location**:Stayner, ON

**Hours**:7:30 am - 4pm

**Pay Rate**:$27 -$40/hr

**Responsibilities**:

- Proficient in building mechanical and electrical equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and building automation systems, with familiarity in Fire Code regulations and preventative maintenance programs.
- Skilled in diagnosing and repairing defective parts using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper reassembly for operational efficiency.
- Supports the facilities team with general building maintenance tasks and assists with routine repairs and maintenance as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Thrives in fast-paced settings while maintaining efficiency and composure and is physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems and/or 433A Millwright license is preferred.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance, repair work, or a related field is required.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Basic proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and relevant maintenance equipment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions from supervisors effectively.

Pay: $27.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
