We are currently looking for an extraordinary Inside Salesperson to join our passionate Unifiller Team. The individual will have a charismatic and dynamic personality along with relevant experience.
**Purpose**:
Inside Sales’ primary responsibility is to support the company's Business Development and Territory Sales Managers (division, i.e., North American Bakery, North American Food or International), helping identify new sales opportunities and increase sales administration productivity.
**Primary Duties**:
- Supports Business Development Manager (BDM)/Territory Manager (TM) on prospecting and sales-related activities
- Supports Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) - Salesforce maintenance
- Prioritizes, responds and organizes activities related to developing sales opportunities with Customers for the BDM/TM
- Qualifies opportunities by cold calling, territory penetrations, data mining, book meetings, etc.
- Supports the collection of all required information from the customer in order to complete a specific spec sheet to create a quote
- Recommends the correct Unifiller standard machines, attachments & accessories to customers
- Assists with entering service tickets related to specific Customers on behalf of BDM/TM
- Follows sales process, protocols, and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by the VP of Sales and BDM based on the needs of the organization
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Must have experience in a team sales environment
- 2-5 years’ experience in marketing support, inside sales and/or direct sales
- Sales and Marketing or Business Administration diploma is an asset
- Familiar with CRM systems is preferable
- Telemarketing sales, with a strong sense of customer service preferred
- Capable of working in fast-paced/multitasking environment
- Aptitude towards technical equipment
- Industry knowledge (pharma, bakery, and food industries) is an asset.
- Must be proficient in English (Spanish, German, and French is an asset)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and all MS Office products, and the ability to learn additional computer software.
