We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Equipment Operator and Controller to join our team. As a Manufacturing Equipment Operator and Controller, you will be responsible for operating and controlling various manufacturing equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring high-quality products. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and control various manufacturing equipment, including: Liquid Extraction and Reactor Tank, Centrifuge Decanter, Water Pumps, Boilers, Burners, Rotary Drum Dryer, Packing Line, Forklift, etc.
- Monitor production processes and adjust equipment as needed to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment or production processes.
- Collaborate with production team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of production, including production rates, defects, and equipment performance.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Receive and process orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Pack products according to customer specifications and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with other tasks as required, including receiving and stocking inventory, and supporting other team members.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience operating and controlling manufacturing equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift 60lb and stand for long periods

**Working Conditions**:

- Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- May be required to work overtime or weekends.
- Ability to work on any of the 3 different daily shifts.
