Term: ASAP until March 31, 2026. May be extended or made permanent based on funding and organizational needs.
**Job Purpose**
As Program Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind the Women’s Business Hub—a dynamic initiative designed to support immigrant women in launching, growing, and sustaining their businesses. You’ll lead the coordination of mentorships, workshops, and business consultations while managing key partnerships and internal operations. Reporting to the Director of Employment Services, you'll play a vital role in community outreach, program development, and supporting the entrepreneurial dreams of our participants.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Program Leadership**
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and business planning for program participants.
- Coordinate one-on-one mentorships, business coaching, and training sessions.
- Track participant outcomes and ensure program milestones are met.
- Lead events such as pitch competitions and business showcases.
- Support digital and e-commerce growth for participants in collaboration with internal teams.
**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business mentors, consultants, and funders.
- Represent WBH at local events and business forums.
- Lead monthly Advisory Committee meetings and facilitate business community engagement.
**Administrative & Operational**
- Manage program data and reporting using digital tools like Airtable.
- Oversee the Global Marketplace and rental operations for WBH’s social enterprise model.
- Coordinate invoices, contracts, marketing materials, and procurement needs.
**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Commerce, Social Science, Business Administration, Community Development, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in program coordination, client support, or entrepreneurship.
- Experience working with diverse populations, especially immigrant women.
- Proficiency with AI tools, CRM databases (Airtable), and social media or digital communication platforms.
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of business development, grant writing, and small business funding is an asset.
**Licenses & Certifications**
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a vehicle.
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance (required upon hire).
- Business coaching or facilitation certifications considered an asset.
