Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan (WESK) has proudly supported Saskatchewan’s women entrepreneurs since 1995. As a distinguished non-profit, membership-based organization, we are dedicated to providing essential resources and opportunities to women entrepreneurs, including business advising, financing, networking, and educational programs.
The mission at WESK revolves around bridging the gender entrepreneurship gap by empowering women through economic and social avenues. With a firm commitment to gender parity, the organization envisions a future where all Saskatchewan entrepreneurs, regardless of gender, have equal opportunities to achieve remarkable success and recognition.
Though our primary locations are located in Saskatoon and Regina, the services offered are readily accessible across the entirety of Saskatchewan. We exist to serve the needs of women entrepreneurs at every stage of their business journey, be it inception, growth, or expansion.

We are looking for a full-time, term Program Lead in Saskatoon. Reporting to the Program & Growth Manager, the Program Lead is responsible for the delivery of WESK programs and supports.

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all aspects of project management including scope, resources, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Manage and support multiple training initiatives and projects simultaneously, such as webinars, workshops, on-demand learning, and special projects
- Administer programs by scheduling and coordinating online and in-person training sessions
- Collect and analyze feedback to enhance program effectiveness, and prepare reports to meet funding requirements and demonstrate program impact
- Build and maintain relationships with women entrepreneurs, WESK partners, stakeholders, and support organizations across Saskatchewan
- Conduct research on training trends, best practices, and opportunities for program enhancement
- Assist the Program & Growth Manager in proposal writing, as required
- Participate in strategic planning and internal operational committees to support WESK’s mission
- Represent WESK at community and business events
**Experience**:
- Project management with proactive oversight, including setting objectives, meeting timelines, and ensuring successful collaboration with team members
- Event planning for both virtual and in-person formats
- Facilitation of workshops and training sessions
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective computer skills (Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, WordPress)
