We are currently looking for an Accounting Technician to join our shared services center in Anjou, which has approximately 15 people working in the accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll teams. The Center performs accounting operations for several companies related to Courchesne Larose, including Les Aliments Bercy, Importations Krops, Les Emballages Marcan and Transport Dynapro.

Reporting to the Director of the Shared Services Centre, the incumbent performs various general accounting tasks and assists the Director in numerous projects. In addition to his regular duties, the incumbent is a jack-of-all-trades who responds to a wide variety of requests from several managers working within the group's various companies. The incumbent's responsibilities include the following:

- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the integrity of transactions.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable teams.
- Perform analysis and reconciliation of accounts in relation to month-end procedures.
- Prepare and follow up on inter-company chargebacks.
- Carry out periodic tax remittances.
- Respond to all requests from controllers or managers from the various entities.
- Support the Director in accounting process improvement projects.
- Support the external audit process.

Your profile and talents
- DEC, AEC in accounting or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
- Mastery of the complete accounting cycle
- Mastery of Excel
- Versatility and ability to adapt
- Analytical skills, excellent ability to concentrate
- Proactivity, thoroughness, attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Great autonomy, teamwork and collaboration
