Con-Tech General Contractors is a leader in commercial, civil, and infrastructure construction across Western Canada. We take pride in delivering high-quality projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a driven Civil Project Manager/Estimator to join our organization and support upcoming projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Estimating**
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for all civil scopes on commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare quantity takeoffs, labor/equipment costing, and complete civil pricing.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes.
- Assist in preparing bid proposals and tender submissions.

**Project Management**
- Plan, organize, and manage projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and environmental regulations.
- Work alongside field staff to ensure team-based project delivery.
- Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and provide regular reporting.
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- 3-7+ years of experience in civil construction project management and/or estimating.
- Background in earthworks and utilities is required. Additional background in concrete, foundations, or commercial site development is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Proficiency in estimating.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.

Pay: $120,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
