**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As directed by Shift Supervisor, responsible for the flow of raw materials and finished/semi-finished goods into and out of the production area/ mezzanine. Must be able to become fully trained with all Work order packaging documents and productions KPI/data collection forms. Must be able to become fully trained to perform all Operator and Operator II duties. Must ensure that Safety and quality procedures are followed and maintained in all areas.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- 12 hr shift, rotating between nights and afternoons every 2 months
- Working knowledge of mold tech setup, and resin supply system
- Understanding of work order, mold tech change forms, and packaging documents.
- Colour changes completely with mínimal scrap document KPI per colour change forms
- Break coverage set up and minimize IMM downtime.
- Rail car hook up per process
- Silo system understands the metering system
- Regrind silo/ usage per IMM requirements
- Operations processes understand KPI and data tracking procedures
- Auxiliary equipment HTL, hot stampers, gasket installers functions/troubleshooting.
- Shop Logix code entering
- MII label printing process

**Requirements**:
**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a licensed qualified forklift/electric pallet jack operator or have recent past experience
- Must be prepared to work in a co-operative environment.
- Must possess Production Assistant II (Utility person) skills.
- Must be willing and physically able to fulfill the job requirement
