Customer Service/parts Counter Representative

Fast paced well established small town hydraulics manufacturing and repair shop requires an experienced individual to interact with customers to identify and order hydraulic and pneumatic components. Will also be required to assist in quoting jobs and explaining to customers the scope of work to be performed in repairs. Successful applicant must have minimum two years experience with hydraulics and be self motivated.

An approachable personality when greeting costumers in person and on the phone is required.

Willing to receive training in skills applicable to the industry as needed.

**Skills required**:

- Knowledge in mechanical/agricultural and hydraulic components
- Must be able to perform light-moderate manual tasks
- Basic computer knowledge
- Locating out-of-stock parts from outside sources
- Must work well with others in small shop environment
- G license with clean driving record
